Sometimes younger students need a little extra help with reading. That's what Peer Helpers are for! Certain upper grade students are selected to help younger students read. Peer Helpers can help find library books, read books together, and help with those tough words.
This is a wonderful way to encourage younger students to enjoy reading, and give them the practice they need. Reading is a life-long skill that needs to be promoted, and the Peer Helpers doing their part!
